Metech Welded Mesh Inc manufactures and exports PVC coated welded wire mesh, also known as Plastic Coated Welded Wire Mesh. This type of wire mesh is made from high-quality steel wire welded into grid then galvanized and coated with PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) to enhance its resistance to corrosion, weather, and chemicals.

PVC or plastic coated welded wire mesh is ideal for temporary fencing, garden fencing, park fencing, animal enclosures, machine guards and industrial uses.

Process:

First, Welded wire mesh offers a robust and stable grid structure by firmly welding of steel wire.

After the welding process, a coating process with PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) /plastic is applied to the wire mesh. This uniform PVC coating covers the entire surface of wire mesh, including the welded spots, providing additional protection against corrosion, weather elements, and chemical exposure. The coating is also UV resistant.
